Your access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Use of Services

By using the services offered by Blossom Accelerator, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The content, resources, and any information provided by Blossom Accelerator are intended to offer professional support. However, the application of this information is at the sole discretion of the user, and Blossom Accelerator will not be liable for any outcomes resulting from its use.
• Blossom Accelerator does not guarantee any particular outcome through the use of its services.

Limitation of Liability

Blossom Accelerator, its partners, sponsors, mentors, or associated entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by users of the Service.

By using the Service, you waive any claims against Blossom Accelerator related to damages, losses, or consequences of your use of the Service.

Communication Consent

By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information through any part of the Blossom Accelerator Service, you consent to receive communications, including marketing emails, newsletters, program updates, and promotional offers from Blossom. You may opt out of such communications at any time, but you understand that certain essential communications related to your account or participation in Blossom programs may still be sent.
Blossom Accelerator will use reasonable security measures to protect your data but is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of your personal information by third parties.

Consent for footage taken during events

By signing up for either virtual or in-person events or programs through Blossom’s website or affiliated websites, participants hereby also acknowledge their approval to have photos, video and audio clips taken during the events or programs by the media committees authorized by the organizing committee, used and published through newspapers, programs, websites, channels, social networking sites and others.

Code of Conduct

Any Event or Program as promoted on the Blossom website or affiliated websites is dedicated to providing a safe and respectful and harassment free experience for everyone, regardless of Gender, Gender Identity and Expression, Age, Disability, Race, Ethnicity, Physical Appearance, Body Size, Nationality, Religion or otherwise. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind to participants in any way. We categorically reject sexual language and images anywhere on the Events or Programs in person or virtual sites, and this includes but is not limited to the following:

• Contestants, organizers and anyone who will be in the competition
• Conversations, presentations or demos
• Workshops
• Presented ideas and projects
• Any social event associated with the contest
• Social media
• Any other online media

Participants in the Events or Programs who violate these rules may be penalized or expelled from the programs at the discretion of the organizers. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, or religion, sexual images in public, intentional intimidation, stalking, following, photography or audio/recording video versus reasonable consent, constant disruption to conversations or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwanted sexual interest. Photography and videography is encouraged throughout the Events or Programs, but other participants must be given a reasonable opportunity to opt out. If they object to having their photo taken, they must comply with their request. It is inappropriate to take pictures in contexts where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (in bathrooms or where participants are asleep). Participants who have been asked are expected to stop any compliance harassing behavior immediately. All persons taking part in the Events or Program including participants, partners, sponsors, the organizing team or otherwise are equally subject to the Anti-Harassment Policy. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact one of the contest organizers immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the Event or Program organizers may take any action they deem appropriate. This includes warning the offender, getting kicked out of the program location, or reporting their behavior to local law enforcement. We expect participants to follow these rules in the hall and online channels, venues for workshops and social events related to the Event or Program.

Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Blossom Accelerator. Blossom Accelerator has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Blossom Accelerator shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any such third-party websites or services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will endeavor to provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
