ABOUT THE NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM “NTDP”
The National Technology Development Program (NTDP) drives Saudi Arabia’s tech ecosystem growth through strategic interventions and startup support programs, positioning the Kingdom as a regional innovation and investment hub.
Support is provided through 17 different programs such as:
MVPLab
Supports entrepreneurs post-MVP or with feasibility studies, providing grants up to 150,000 SAR plus workspace, mentorship, and training.
Transform+
A grant-based product designed to bridge the technology gap for startups to accelerate cloud adoption, with grant amount up to 800,000 SAR for each supported company.
Boost
Supports founders with incubation programs and monthly salaries up to 25,000 SAR for 12 months to focus on developing their tech startups.

What is Saudization?
Saudization is a law which imposes companies to hire a number of Saudi Nationals depending on the sector and size of the company. The first hire (after the General Manager) must be a Saudi National.
How much time does it take to set up a business in Saudi Arabia?
